Here it is January,
and we are headed into our
6th season of the Miracle
League here in Minnesota.
We have a first ever Miracle
League clinic going to be
held March 31 at Century
College. Details and sign up
click
here. It is free to all
Miracle Leaguers and
potential players. Lunch is
being provided by our great
friend at Subway.
At the end of 2011 the field
for the Twin Ports Miracle
League was completed at
Harrison Park in Duluth. The
Duluth YMCA is taking over
running the league, and the
Opening Day ceremonies will
be announced shortly.
The East Metro Miracle
League will be completed
this spring, with the
surface (the last thing to
do) to be installed in May.
Look for dates announcing
the Opening Day ceremonies.
The Metro North Miracle
League’s field in Blaine
will have a special ceremony
on May 5th re-naming the
field Harmon Killebrew
Memorial Field. We will have
all the details forthcoming
as well.
We are gaining momentum for
our field in Brainerd and
finalizing details for our
fields in St. Paul and
Minneapolis. Another
exciting year, giving “Every
Child in Minnesota a Chance
to Play Baseball”
